Coaching Carousel 2026

Who, I don't know, I prefer the Kubiak outside zone system.

It seems perfect for our personnel.
The Klingsbury system against the Browns, Steelers, and Bengals is a bloodbath for Lamar.

And a waste for Henry.
Maybe three years ago, but today Lamar doesn't have those legs anymore
Another reason why i want kubiak! Lamar doesnt have to be superman

The more I hear about kingsbury hitching his wagon to defensive HCs, the more I want us to find an offensive HC.

I want no fkn parts of kingsbury anywhere near Lamar or Henry. I would bet money on about 12 weeks of offensive dominance, and then hitting a wall permanently.

I’m flat out all in on Kubiak and someone like Schwartz or maybe Raheem Morris for DC if he misses out on a HC job. I’d feel confident about both sides of the ball.

Idk much about Kliff but yea if Lamar likes him he could be nice idk... he could also really suck, we're going to miss monken a ton.

What I saw from Washington and Daniels (the closest thing to Lamar) was him running for his life. He uses 3/4 wide receivers, Lamar's protection is only 5 outlets and the running back. Running backs almost never reach 1,000 yards. That's nearly impossible in the AFC North, and it still is. And in terms of investment, it's also difficult; we have to improve almost the entire offensive line and add at least 2 wide receivers.

Good he can take him, maybe we'll hire a RBs coach that doesn't take Henry out of the game. This is what Harbaugh said after the loss to the Patriots. A 2 score lead and this guy decides not to put Henry in? Get him out of here.

"The last series was a conversation between [running backs coach] Willie [Taggart] and Derrick, and they decided that Keaton was going to start the series off as part of the rotation. Then, Derrick was going to come in on that series."

didnt even know we had 20 staff they'd want lol

but i see now why they had to block chris horton from a lateral move
he'd be gone already
Sounds like they’re taking training staff, front office assistants, and literally a mix of everything.

Harbs got a chance to do the funniest thing…
