lamar's generally a very accurate QB except on deep corners/posts

fades and jump-ball throws are generally low-percentage throws and i just dont think lamar has much interest in throwing up 50/50s when he can create and find a better option in most cases

Im not saying he isnt accurate but lots of his passes are usually high and often thrown to guys like they have a large catch radius! Those passes borrow throws to chase, gescki and higgins on those outs is something i wish we could put in our arsenal but like you said it just doesnt fit lamar style.

I could see Tee Martin sticking around if Lamar's relationship with him is strong
i'd expect randy brown, sam koch, anthony levine to stick around too

He may stick around if he works well with the next HC. I don't see him becoming an OC here, but elsewhere especially if Harbaugh gets hired, sure...

I think the only one sticking around is Anthony Levine possibly and Sam Koch got let go before the 2025 season started. Randy Brown is John Harbaugh friend and been apart of the coaching staff since 2008. He's likely following John Harbaugh.

The side of the ball that needs the turnaround and new identity clearly is the defense, and that’s a sad state of affairs for the ravens. We can’t have it here.

Flores brings big dog energy that we desperately need, we’ve had a choir boy head coach for so long that our team took on that identity, they got soft, lost their determination, it’s all in gods hands to harbaugh, but no we gotta go out there and fucking take it, Flores brings that.

But can he hire a good offensive coordinator though especially one that fits Lamar given that Lamar relationship with Monken wasn't great which is surprising to me

the problem is that teams know you're moving on from him which makes it hard to trade him if they know you're going to fire him
you can't have two HCs so you have to fire him in order to replace him
