After all the big names in last year's cycle, this year's group of potential candidates is a lot less immediately inspiring.

You forgot Raheem Morris on the defensive side...
 
This is my suggestion - Brian Flores/ Jesse Minter/Klint Kubiak HC, Stefanski/ Adams - OC, and Brian Flores/Raheem Morris - DC.

Or the janitors at the NFL office, the Patriots, and the Packers will do as well.

Just get this regime outta here ASAP!
 
I still want next HC to come from defensive side and transform this piece of crap. Lamar is too good to need a rocket scientist as an OC. Give him good O line and a competent play caller, then the good D will go a long way in helping him.

If you hire Flores or Minter as HC, you wouldn't be hiring Morris as a DC. You'll probably just have one of their assistants from LAC or MIN coming over to be the DC, with them retaining play-calling duties. I'd imagine Kubiak would be the same.

We can just get morris as Dc now and be ok

As a DC? He'd be at the top of my list. But he's not leaving MIN unless O'Connell gets fired (which isn't happening) or he gets a HC gig.
As a HC? He doesn't move the needle for me. I'd rather keep Harbaugh.

From a practicality standpoint, unless it's like Mike MacDonald (not happening), I have really no interest in a current NFL DC as a new HC for the Ravens.
