Coaching Carousel 2026

Because we didn’t know what exciting offense was until his arrival lol

That makes sense but I definitely think his arrival kind of made this fan base a little too entitled. I get that LJ has bought something to the quarterback position that we haven't seen before and the ravens organization isnt exactly old either as they haven't been around for that long but just seem like LJ arrival kind of bought some ugliness out of the fans base to a degree. Certain things this team has accomplished with him and Harbaugh goes simply unnoticed and unappreciated even though it's a first time experience for the fan base .

Harbaugh should be gone but sadly I think you're right.

Not replacing Horton should be a fireable offense in its own right.

Orr will probably be replaced with Dennard Wilson, assuming they want to keep the same system. I wouldn't hate that. I think he did well considering the talent level in Tennessee and he should probably have got the job in the first place.

If Harbaugh stays I don't mind keeping Monken. Firstly because he ran a great offense for 2 years vs 1 bad year but mainly because I don't trust Harbaugh to hire a better replacement. If Kubiak was Bisciotti's hire, as people say, Roman was Harbaugh's 2nd best OC hire behind Monken (and I hated Roman).

when has it been said that kubiak was bisciotti's hire?

So Biscotti has two weeks to make a move, in person interviews can't start until after the Divisional Round. Given most coaches we would want are still in the playoffs, gives us time to potentially find a trade partner if someone wants to trade for Harbaugh and assess who getting interviews with who.

If we move on from Orr & Harbaugh stays, I'd love to get Matt Patricia for DC. He did great with OSU, kind of like Mike Macdonald did with Michigan before returning to us.

I thought Kliff was doing a great job when his QB was healthy.

it's starting to feel ominously like we might end up with the worst outcome...

monken the only major change
Please don’t say this. I can’t take another year of a Zach Orr Defense

I see no reason he should be our DC. The only reason is he would get you a comp pick if he’s hired as a HC but who are we bamboozling to get him hired as a HC? Not even the Browns are this stupid. Orr has to go. He’s worse than Monken.

I know you’re not hoping this but I can’t take another year of Zach Orr

Was falsely reported by I believe the Baltimore Sun or one of the local papers back around that timeframe. They had to backpedal off of it publicly.
Fans have been running with the "Kubiak wasn't John's choice" gimmick for over a decade now. And they've been wrong for exactly that long on that topic.

It's completely disheartening that there's no any urgency after all the embarrassment throughout the season.

Andrews' extension might have been a clue, we're hellbent on mediocrity.
Making a move quickly is nothing more than for show. I don't know what moves are coming, but they are not running it back, and they will do it when the time is right.
