Coaching Carousel 2026

I know NYG is the popular spot but Atlanta is pretty attractive too
Atlanta is easily the top spot. Decent defense, good skill players and o-line. Harbaugh and a decent journeyman QB could easily win that division.

Sounds like EDC is definitely staying given he's informing the team of the firing

Wonder if the structure will change at all, with EDC probably involved significantly in hiring the new HC, will he now be that new HC's boss or will they also be working in partnership under Bisciotti?

Offensive guys to think about:
Joe Brady
Klint Kubiak
Mike LaFleur
Zac Robinson
Nick Caley

Defensive guys to think about:
Brian Flores
Jesse Minter
Jeff Hafley
Robert Saleh
Chris Shula
I might be the only one but i dont like joe brady play calling at all.. tbh, my money would be on klint kubiak and if not him, probably jessie.

Saleh and Minter are still my favorite options, but I'll gladly take anyone that just gets us to to stay disciplined, and stop shooting ourselves in the foot constantly.
Minter’s experience here may give him a leg up. or not. lol

Steve has taken such a step away from the day to day that there's little doubt in my mind he will have Eric manage the new HC.

DAMN.

As other have said, All I've known as a Ravens fan is Harbs, so shoutout him for his tenure.

But it is 100% the right decision.

I know he is a divisive figure by all accounts, but I want Brian Flores. He brings you an elite defensive scheme, and I think whoever you Bring in needs to bring something to table on either side of the ball. IMO he offers that more than any other coach.

the only HC i've ever known too
2010 was when i became a ravens fan

brian flores is definitely a good option

by many accounts the big issue for him in miami was his relationship with Tua (and as we've seen, Flores's post Tua career has been a lot better than Tua's post-Flores career) - we know schematically he's great although he is consistently an outlier on a schematic level to the rest of the NFL - like a new-age Wink which is both attractive but also potentially bakes you into a scheme that could become outdated if you're thinking long-term

but then if you think he's a great coach, then you trust him to adapt
