Man that was great. That is a guy who is in complete control and when he spoke about the on the field stuff he said he like we all see it. There wasn’t enough improvement and the season wasn’t good enough.

I really respect all of the mentions of this being a partnership, and not some boss/subordinate relationship. The people in power will retain the power, but they come together and make tough decisions. If they can't, that's where Steve steps in. That's the ultimate show of trust and respect.
