he's been at the top of my list since mid season. I do like Kubiak as well and I'm very intrigued by Webb. McDaniels is 4a and Weaver is 4b. I'm good with all of these candidates and believe Weaver could be a very good coach, I just don't want to have to replace OC and DC everytime we lost a coordinator.

I've seen that as well. Not thrilled with that and in the video I posted yesterday, Cole Jackson mentioned that. He broke down who he thought each head coach would bring with them as assistant head coaches.

Awesome . I don't understand why special team coordinators don't get more opportunity to be interviewed as head coaches after John Harbaugh success. It's kind of sad they labeled as the most uneducated coaches on the team

Don't think we go wrong with Minter or Kubiak.

And again while I would love an offensive HC, I think Lamar will be Lamar with anyone capable. We need to think about January ball. Fix the defensive scheme and draft o lineman.
