I think he will mention the fans once he retires. Life not promised but ideally I think his speech to the fans is when he retires and is the ring of honor.John spoke a second time and has yet to say anything to the fans. I find that interesting

I’m not sure. I’m not convinced he cares about the fans. I think everything to him is about the team(s) and not about us.I think he will mention the fans once he retires. Life not promised but ideally I think his speech to the fans is when he retires and is the ring of honor.
It's been reported that David Webb would also be Kliff Kingsbury OC atleast possibly
I'm hoping they go daboll, but I'm hearing it could be Webb. Again it's a rumor, but coming out of Buffalo radio.
Ideal scenarioSo I was doing some research and found that if Seattle loses the NFC championship game we can interview Kubiak in person as early as January 26th.
If Seattle wins we cannot interview him until the Super Bowl bye week, meaning February 2nd at the earliest.
We may be without a coach for another 2 weeks depending on what happens this weekend.
Based off of not much, I prefer Kubiak or Minter. Is Shananahan from Indiana an option?
Ideal scenario
Broncos and Seattle both lose
Nightmare scenario:
Patriots Ram Super Bowl
On the one hand, it's a fine strategy. And for this hiring period, where I think coaching decisions are based on preference as opposed to there being like 1-2 "slam dunk candidates", this approach is fine.
On the flip side... this "wait back and let things develop" mentality, to a certain extent, has us in the position we're in. Not much aggression in the draft to move up and get difference makers. Not willing to "over spend" on a short term player or rental who can help us. More aggressive teams do these things, and while some of them fail, some of them also yield big-time results.
We need a defensive guy bad. I'd love to have a McDaniel as OC or someone comparable but Minter would be my choice.I'll be mildly shocked if it's not Kubiak or Minter at this point. My gut leaning is Kubiak, but it could be Minter if they think they can pair him with Webb/Scheelhaase.
I agree with you, with one caveat. If the want Daboll.I'll go further, I think Buffalo fired Mcdermott specifically because they didn't want to miss out on Webb, especially to an AFc team like Ravens.
They own the Sabers and you can see how good they are if you follow the NHL.I will say - the last couple of days have really shown why ownership makes a difference
The pegulas are getting cooked right now and have apparently been caught off guard by some of the sentiment around
They give off an uninvolved and disengaged demeanour despite that not necessarily being true
I don't think John Harbaugh never cared about the fans but of course his relationship with players, the front office and coaches would be much deeper. I've seen Harbaugh thank the fans quite a bit as the ravens head coach. Just think he probably more focus on getting to work and proven others wrong. Truthfully if this was 2008 and fans had the power to hire the next head coach John Harbaugh would never be on their radar due to him simply being a special team coordinator. One thing for sure he definitely looked refreshed and happier than I've seen in sometime in recent presser.I’m not sure. I’m not convinced he cares about the fans. I think everything to him is about the team(s) and not about us.
I mean if the reporting is right they didn’t like when he told the GM and owner that the roster didn’t have the talent to win a Super Bowl which means that organization is screwed because he was right and they don’t like hearing negative comments.I'll go further, I think Buffalo fired Mcdermott specifically because they didn't want to miss out on Webb, especially to an AFc team like Ravens.
End of the bar is not worth his time and attentionJohn spoke a second time and has yet to say anything to the fans. I find that interesting

I think as long as we are willing to be patient, it doesn't matter what happens this weekend. I'm sure the front office already knew this when they fired Harbaugh, that we may not have a coach until after the Super Bowl. I'm fine with that if Klint Kubiak is who we are targeting. So I was doing some research and found that if Seattle loses the NFC championship game we can interview Kubiak in person as early as January 26th.
