I’ve read reports that Peetz would be next in line for Seattles OC job and I guess it was reported on tv from the senior bowl that Kubiak is meeting with the Raiders Thursday/Friday. So that may also not be an option depending on how this plays out

I think Monken tipped the scale because he can try to ape Harbs system in Cleveland. Also, Schwartz belonged to the Stefanski system that they had no desire to incorporate. As much as they liked Schwartz, I think the Ravens culture may have tipped the scale in Monken's favor.

Having said all this, I think he is a bull shit artist and has talked the talk with Haslem and will be out in 2027 looking for a job. The Brows will always Brown.
