Ravens pass rushers in the 2-3rd round are typically not real people / really good disappearing magicians. I honestly think we are laundering money with them.

Sergio kindle,
Tim Williams
Ojabo
Kafusi
Kinda Correa (lb we converted)
Isaac

Hell even tyus bowser disappeared one day

Has anyone actually ever met any of those people?
They ass

Somehow out of those names, Isaac is the only one I’ve ever heard anything good about lol

well lets hope Green and Young change that.

It's honestly such a shame for his elbow last year because we had all our edges out so he would have gotten the thrown in the fire xp and at least we know. Now he's a clear #5 and probably (and hopefully) won't see the field much

tbf
i doubt they had 25 1st round talents on the board - most teams normally have 10-15 1st round grades on prospects

but he clearly was a top 25 player for them which given the play and the fit makes sense - i had him right around that range too
i completely would understand if he was the EDGE 4/5 on their board after Bailey/Reese/Bain even though he ended up going as EDGE10 (which is wild to me)

i still cant quite believe that in this class we somehow ended up with Zion Young - he was the 2nd round dream and i never thought he'd be available

I refuse to get excited until I see it. And I feel better about him than Mike Green but man I thought Green would show out and that we were getting a 1st round talent. Not to say he can’t develop and thrive under Minter + another year of growth

I definitely had Zion in the top 32 somewhere, I couldn’t pick an entire first round worth of prospects I would’ve ranked above him, and not on the fringe either, he was well inside that range

Mike green still came from Marshall so a big leap in competition level was a legit concern, plus the arm length and limited bag of moves in his toolkit, I expected a LITTLE bit more from his rookie year but honestly I felt he was gonna take a year or two to take off. I saw he was with Trey Henny at jimmys seafood watching the draft, hopefully he’s glued to him trying to learn all he can, most important thing for him is learning to use something other than the cross chop and dip move that he does, he’s got the burst and the bend and the violent hands but he’s predictable right now, and with the lack of length tackles can just set wide and be patient with the hands to stop him.

remember with green that he had to go from being probably a DPR developing through the season to full-time starter, leading the team in snaps at EDGE playing all 3 downs

not conducive to good rookie play

Exactly, he was thrown into the fire before he was ready, but he DID do a very respectable job considering. He showed he can be a 3 down player, but he was also too exposed and his inexperience based limitations showed because of it

If mike green doesnt end up being good, id be surprised! Watxhed a lot of plays from him last season and its there for sure.

I dnt really watch edge rushers as much but i thought mike green had a lot of moves. Same for bailey this year, i think bailey gonna be a stud

Green has very active and violent hands but a limited bag of tricks to use with them.

Tbh I’ve watched almost none of David Bailey lol

I think Green will have a big season. Besides being thrown into the fire he was under Orr as DC, and I doubt he was out into a great position with that scheme. In Minter's defense he might get better matchups and assignments. Our pass rush in general will probably be a big step up.
