when a player does something like this we find out basically as it happens lol

Because neither driver was charged with anything, no crime committed(no traffic citations issued, no DUI, no drugs, no guns, etc.), there are privacy rules that apply. Police were required to not publicly release info on the accident.

Right. But I don't recall a player situation that was reported when there wasn't a violation or crime involved.
