Well I am thrilled it went the way it did if they were actually in on Sadiq. Would've been a disaster imo

i think the difference between some of the guys at 45 and some of the guys who've been picked the last 8 picks is negligible

Well, we liked a lot of guys who sucked, and have liked a lot of guys who have been great. We can be wrong and so can the Ravens. I think the arm length is something to watch. Bain will either be a huge player or mid.

im a little lower on hunter tbh - was awesome in the playoffs but so inconsistent the rest of the season and not as stout in the run game as you'd want from a 2nd rounder at NT

I think Ioane is the less risky option, more certain of success a priori than Sadiq.
It was the more "conservative" choice

I'm playing catch up, but the guy I heard yesterday was Sadiq. Cold water was thrown on that this morning. He was always an option but it wasn't THE option as it was stated yesterday. They really liked the OL options on day 2, but....

The most important thing I learned is that they didn't expect Ioane to go there. Thank the Dolphins for going Proctor. They thought someone was moving ahead of them to get Ioane.

I mean obviously my guy can only say what the Ravens say, but I get the impression that the league was not nearly as high on him as the media and fans (as evidenced by the "drop") and they were not surprised at all to see him available when they were on the clock.
