He's a good scout. But he has zero front office experience. Also he may just be more of an advisor to Gruden, who still has all the power carte blanche. My jury is out on this hire, tho Mayock is a highly respected scout.

Me too, I watched only NFL Network Draft Coverage because of Mayock. I hate Gruden so much right now.

What’s crazy is that the browns is clearly the best HC destination of those - franchise qb, franchise rob, lots of high picks on rookie deals, Dorsey seems to have wrestled control away from haslam on footballing decisions and an OC wizard in place (if they keep him)...
