I HIGHLY doubt it's true. Ben Roethlisberger was drafted in 2005 and that means he's played 12 games there. No way the Browns QBs have won less than 12 games when they play 8 a year at home.

Edit: Quinn started no games in 07. Anderson started 15 and Charlie frye started one, Quinn only suited up for one
