I mean if I were luck I'd want out of Indy but I don't see how it happens - no way Indy doesn't play him unless he holds himself out either

Does anyone blame him? This Colts team looks dreadful (watch them play us like a Super Bowl contender though) without him.

Honestly, if they don't get better matchups, I don't see the point in keeping these Thursday nighters. With the exception of the first week's Thursday nighters, the matchups are downright terrible. I mean we got the Bengals vs Texans this week (yuck), Rams vs 49ers next week (hot garbage), and Bears vs Packers (blowout city).

Deshaun Watson will be 9th (!!) starting QB since O'Brien became Texans HC - most in NFL in that time span (2014).

Andrew Luck has officially been ruled out for Week 3 against the Browns. So the Browns may win their first game against the Colts and have to wonder if Pagano would be fired after starting 0-3 and losing to the Browns.

So apparently Jim Caldwell never was on a contract year entering 2017. The Lions announced today that they signed Head Coach Jim Caldwell to a multi-year extension but the deal was done back in the spring. That's one head coach with an extension, now we wait for the dominoes of who will be fired.
