Around the NFL: News and Rumors

only uneducated fans are watching that steelers packers game - packers without rodgers is not a packers worth watching and the steelers are a mostly boring team to watch, i will literally not be watching the game because it has zero juice --> they really should have flexed rams saints into that spot - i would have stayed up til 4am or whenever itll finish in the uk if it was rams saints

I don't disagree with you about the games but if I'm not mistaken but NBC and FOX are allowed to block one game from being flexed to primetime seeing as it would be taken off their channel and they usually take that game an flex it to their primetime slot.

i think rams saints got moved cross channel to 4pm ET but not to primetime - i dont see how that game is the one that a network would prioritise that weekend

And just couple days after McDermott's tirade about how much trust he has in Tyrod.
It's almost like blaming the offense for giving up 298 yards rushing and 6.2 ypc. I'm not sure what is going through his mind. Especially since they are currently the 6 seed. imo, not much longer.

Breaking news - Elliott withdrawing appeal, will serve full 6 game suspension. Papa Joe's issued apology for their comments, too.

J. Jones got concerned, I think.

Yep, you beat me to it. Glad this is finally over

its crazy that all it took was the owners going 'this isnt a good look for football' and deciding that jerrah was causing too many financial problems by continuing the tired and irritating pursuit of the appeal while also going after goodell and their sponsorships - why couldnt someone have escalated this situation in week 2 so that this would have been over by october... and zeke would be back from his suspension already...

Rich bastard thought he can do whatever he wants. Forgot he's going against the number of rich bastards.

Wow, bills benching Tyron Taylor. Considering they are 6th in the playoff picture, I’m shocked.
I mean, the 6th seed is almost been gift-wrapped with a bow to us. Like I said in a different thread, if we miss the playoffs with these opportunities (which I still believe we will), CLEAN HOUSE!

Just watched a football life with Eddie George and they made a point of mentioning his battles with the ravens ams Ray Lewis. Those were intense battles to say the least.

I know it’s harsh to judge by an allegation that never got through the courts but if the hunting grounds had any grounds of legitimacy then winston has some form in this area...

The whole thing with this is that the girl doesn't remember who did it. Apparently there were multiple people in the car and that essentially due to who Winston is, because it was his Uber account used, he becomes the focal point of it. This also took place in 2012, she reported the incident to Uber but didn't call the police.

2012 and now it is getting into the news. Seriously

I mean it should have been investigated at the time of course but I’m not sure why it’s happening now then...

Edit: the article posted above says the incident happened in March 2016...
