sounds like rapsheet got it wrong- tom pelissero said 3 years 39 is the max if he hits every incentive every year - there's loads of bonuses and unguaranteed money - some of the money becomes fully guaranteed in year 2 and 3 if sherman hits pro bowl or all pro (dont know which one)

That just seems like too much money for a guy coming off those major injuries. I just wouldn’t risk it, but I guess if they got the cap space then they can take the risk.
