That's a great deal for the Ravens. Roquan was always going to be the highest paid ILB, but his deal is only marginally higher than Leonard signed for, just before the'21 season.

I definitely think he could have got more on the open market. It seems like he wanted to be a Raven, so long as he got the top contract.

And now the tag is freed up for Lamar.

Probably but he can't find in the draft anything close to what these two will give the Ravens. It costs money, though.
