Proration of this year. He's owed $7.0M in base salary the rest of the year. Unless Vikings each some of it to facilitate trade (which they might, in exchange for more/better draft picks), acquiring team would pay him that.
It's not a daunting # if a team really wanted him, but about half the league doesn't have $7M in cap space right now. Only about 6-7 teams could absorb him without cap manipulation, and none of those teams would seem interested.
