Signings, Cuts, Trades

Never had jimmy’s and frankly don’t plan to

Most of the crabs we eat here don’t come from the bay lol
They do in a lot of the crabhouses but yeah at shoprite you buying venezuelan shit and you gotta throw a bunch of JO or old bay just to get it started.

I eat snow crabs but never blue crabs. Tbh down here, you likely only see women eating blue crabs if they arent eating snow crabs
love anything with blue crab, whether it be hard shell or crab cakes and anything else. It's much harder to find it local blue crab though.

If the board falls really nicely than I want the Ravens to stay put at 14. If it's looking iffy, I think I'd rather them move up 2 spots to grab a bona-fide guy rather than play it conservative and trade back. I think picking high in RD1 is our last real attempt this offseason to add a premier player to this team (a falling KT, Hamilton, Stingley etc)

I would have undoubtedly payed a third and a fifth for devante Parker. Makes you think if the dolphins traded him to the pats it was by far the best offer out there

I think dolphins had to give a 5th to get the 3rd.. and it’s not even this year’s 3rd.

Parker and a 2022 5th for Pats 2023 3rd.

In any case, I’m fine with no getting him. Rather use that cap space on someone else not injury prone

This has to be the least inspirational group of WRs the Patriots ever had. Mac Jones is going to go through what Brady went through in 2019.

"Patriots now head into this month’s draft with a group of WRs that includes DeVante Parker, Jakobi Meyers, Kendrick Bourne, Nelson Agholor, N’Keal Harry, Ty Montgomery, Kristian Wilkerson and Malcolm Perry."

Weren’t they praised last off-season for finally spending money in FA. Acquiring Bourne, Agholor, and 2 TEs. GG

Facts!!!

I just hate going through all the shell shit just to get to the meat..
It’s not a meal, it’s an experience. You’re supposed to be eating them outside in the nice weather, drinking beers, and hanging out. It’s like a cookout.

When you grow up with it you always appreciate it lol. Cracking and eating your own crabs is like a rite of passage for a child in MD

i flip both ways on this one - im almost completely philosophically opposed to trading up but i can probably stomach a 2 spot pick swap if that's all it is... especially if i love the prospect

but im also not in love with the trade down option talent this year tbh - think it would have to be a ton of value for me to want to trade down - would need to be adding day 2 picks to make it worth our while

in a trade down, it would have to be a case of getting into the 20s and maybe even trading down a couple of times and picking up multiple extra day 2 picks and getting a guy who might fall because of an injured offseason like Andrew Booth - that would be a slam-dunk trade down type scenario but im not in love with the later 1st round prospects - think the fall off after the first 16-18 guys is pretty significant
