Davis and Hill stay, Drake to be added, Badie waived
Keeping 11 OL with Colon making it
Keeping 4 TE with Oliver making it
Oweh and Houston only OLBs on the roster right now, Hayes waived/injured
Urban and Means look to be the guys that will be back on the 53

1. Surprised to see Hill over Badie, but I guess I shouldn't be.
2. Struggle seeing 11 Olineman sticking, unless they move somebody to IR. Wondering if they try to push Faalele to IR and redshirt and bring back somebody else.
3. Desperately thin at pass rush, even if Means comes back. Would think we'd cut somebody and add a waiver wire add here. No expectation that Ojabo or Bowser would be back here anytime soon.

Honestly pretty disappointed that Oliver, Colon, and Davis are on this team. This is the first year in a little while where I'm actually scratching my head.

Badie and Hayes are surprising cuts

Badie was unimpressive. I'd rather have a vet like Drake on a contending team than a guy who will likely never be more than an RB3 or RB4. Davis probably lasts as long as Gus is out.

I feel like the last time I saw Hayes play was for the Irish.

Definitely going to be some movement.

Urban and Drake look to be definites to add to the roster once Ojabo and Kolar go to IR.

Curious about RB right now in particular. By dropping Badie, it feels like that's admission that Dobbins isn't ready because then you have 3 guys.

Need to add 1-2 OLB. Can probably just consider Harrison a full time OLB for the time being.

OL and TE are obvious spots right now to free up some room. Have to think OL in particular is having some trade talks because 11 OL is just not sustainable. Could be Faalele to IR too.

Could skirt around some things (e.g. Means to the PS) for the time being as well.

The Daelin cut was the most surprising to me ,followed by Badie.

I don't know if they do this with Faalele. I get where you are going with this, but you can't practice when you are on IR. Again, I absolutely understand where you are going with this and you may very well be right.

Regardless, he goes on IR anyway I believe. Which means he's going to miss at least a month. If you had cut TCC for that, you'd just try to bring him back anyway once you make that move, so probably easier to just cut somebody else who's less valuable and then just hold the 10 Olineman once you move him to IR.

If he comes back later in the year, then so be it. They'll need to cut an Olineman to make that work, OR, at that point, its possible another Olineman is injured.
