OBJ in particular. He isn't healthy to begin with.Bold of you to assume those guys are actually going to end the season healthy, sir.

Because Isabella is also… how do you say… not very goodWhy is Proche even ahead of Isabella at this point?
Just @ me. I was next to the end zone in Miami when he gave up on a perfect toss. He owes me!I want so badly Sammy to come in and actually make a difference. Make everyone who's been shitting on him for years eat their words.
Perfect Raven then.....OBJ in particular. He isn't healthy to begin with.
I, for one, welcome our reptilian overlordI want so badly Sammy to come in and actually make a difference. Make everyone who's been shitting on him for years eat their words.
He must be pretty bad then...Idk, this feels like a repeat of last year...Because Isabella is also… how do you say… not very good
Even if we did somehow sign OBJ (which we won't) we'll end the season with:
DRob
Sammy Watkins
DJax
OBJ
Proche
as our 5 man WR corps. Insane
If OBJ is going to play this year, this would be the week he signs right? If not before this game, immediately after?
Right. If he's targeting to play in the playoffs, he needs to get on the team right about nowwhat makes you say that?
for ramp up reasons?
I'm not trying to be inflammatory, but here me out. The loss of Duv on the surface looks bad, but honestly is it possibly a good thing for this offense and team?
As a returner, Duv has been awful for a while because he was not able to manage the load of both. I don't even blame him for that. But we're not even taking a hit at returner really because he's been that bad. Fair catch machine and bad KR.
As a pass catcher, without Bateman AND DRob AND Andrews also on the field, he's been totally awful. Gets no separation, isn't getting targeted, and started dropping balls.
Then with Duv out, GRo can stop with the fucking jet sweep bullshit that he's been on for weeks and maybe can try and run a somewhat more real offense.
If you're telling me going forward this year, I'm replacing Duvs huge amount of snaps with Sammy Watkins, I'm VERY happy about that.
I just want to see Proche snaps go to OBJ or Isabella or Victor or anyone else
Say it with me. OBJ AND PRAYIF we were to sign OBJ would this be enough?
Sammy Watkins and DJax rotating on one side
DRob and OBJ filling out the other roles
Proche on the bench
Andrews and Likely doing their thing
Personally if the run game is truly back I think this would be enough to keep defenses honest
I get it. And also you NEVER want to see anyone hurt let alone your own players. But I have a hunch this could help the overall productivity of the offense. Or it could zap whatever little hit of goodness it had. We'll seeHonestly if anyone have been paying attention to the injury report you probably would notice that Devin Duvernay has been playing in games where he wasn't really 100 percent himself health wise. I think the game against the Steelers was when The Ravens opted to have Justice Hill do kick return duties instead of Duvernay if not mistaken. Overall losing a Pro Bowl Kick returner and a receiver that defenses had to respect given his speed on certain gadget plays should not be looked upon as a positive for the offense especially in a offense that likes to motion receivers quite a bit.
I get what you're saying. I don't think that injury will *help*, but the way Duvernay has looked the last month, I don't think it is much of a loss either. As I said in the game thread, he looks like someone who has completely lost confidence in himself. I don't think it is injuries that makes him muff punts, run right into the coverage team or drop passes, I think he somehow started to doubt himself. (amateur psychology at its best)I get it. He isnt doubting himself, he is just a below level wr and this is how those kind of guys play. Only us ravens fans think that a guy who had like 3 50 yard games and 2 tds is something nice. I still think proche is a better wr than himI get what you're saying. I don't think that injury will *help*, but the way Duvernay has looked the last month, I don't think it is much of a loss either. Hope he gets his mojo back for next season and can play like he did the first month of the season.
Compare who he attacked the return game in September with how he did in December and I think you'll agree that something changed. He isnt doubting himself, he is just a below level wr and this is how those kind of guys play. can we get some hospital beds installed in the locker roomIF we were to sign OBJ would this be enough?
