Creepy Art Modelle at antique shop in Massachusetts

While antiquing in New Bedford Massachusetts I happened across this paper mechae' (?) Art Modelle.
Apparently it was made and on display at the 1996 welcoming party when the Ravens were named.
The tag said $150.00 but he said he would let it go for $75.00.

My wife is from the private side of Revere Beach. She grew up four houses from beach. Revere Beach, as you may know, is the oldest public Beach in the country. Her friends are a bit upset with her as I have her wearing Ravens merchandise!
