No more excuses for the O line & how it isn't a product of Ozzie & Co ignoring our needs. The Vikes O line was just as beat up and our elite pass rush couldn't get there.
No more excuses for our outstanding defense and how Pees has nothing to do with anything. BWill came back. Davis came back. They are still average.

The shocking part about this game? Flacco didn't throw an INT despite our lack of weapons.

Said it in the game thread,, will say it here. That is what a defense with good talent looks like when combined with a GOOD DC. We have defensive talent, can even argue better than the Vikings but we don't look like it.

everything - literally everything
UGLY:
running backs, run blocking especially from eluemunor, tight ends getting open or blocking, wrs dont exist, rbs in the passing game not on the same page and i really didnt like that look with collins at wr even if it was out of necessity - the playcalling was bad, the play designs were awful, the screens were boring, awful and boring - why are we running tight end arounds and reverses to moore after 5 yard pickups on first down
what's telling on offence is that the offence didnt look much worse despite missing a rb, 4 wrs (including 3 starters) and a tight end - that's pretty telling because we still got the same production which tells me we are severely misusing the "weapons" who were out for this game
UGLY:
the defensive scheme on running downs is piss poor - we're just really misusing the personnel we have in the run game - we had at times a 5 man front with judon on one side, pierce and williams in the middle but with suggs essentially lining up as the 5tech and with webby coming off the edge then with weddle filling the hole in stead of a linebacker - we just got some defensive line depth back and just didnt use it at all
in the pass game we were actually ok but what's ugly is the fact that hill only came in to replace webb too late in the game after webby gave up 2 big completions on 3rd down (albeit both were good catches) - i also have no idea why we have clark coming in on dime snaps at the end of the game - but its crazy how much the slot and our safeties are killing us because our 3 outside corners are killing opposing wideout production
essentially what im saying is that ive got to the point where i can finally say for sure that our coordinators on both sides of the ball are misusing personnel, not putting them in the spots they need in order to succeed, and schematically we are failing especially in terms of playcalling and play design in general - we are not creative enough - the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same results - our coordinators are not doing anything different

I doubt we go anywhere this season anyway but, if we take out the trash that is our coordinators, at least we've taken a step to improvement.
