Week 11 Baltimore Ravens @ Green Bay Packers

I cant believe that I am going to be forced to cheer for the Patriots today...its going to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

To further my blackjack analogy hitting on hard 18 is stupid but it can result in you pulling a 3 and getting 21 but that does not make it less stupid. We pulled a 3 its not an excuse to admit it and be happy it worked out.

We could have pulled 3 twice. That's the point.
God forbid maybe a TD, too.

I agree but the problem is there are not 6 teams in the AFC who deserve the playoffs. Miami is bad, Oakland looks like a dumpster fire and the Bills just stink. Only 5 teams SHOULD make the playoffs in the AFC but they get 6 spots so the Ravens will take one.

it's like the year when the the panthers sucked but they sucked less than the rest of their division - went to the playoffs as a division winner with a 7-8-1 record... also that year made me think the playoffs are wrong because the 11-5 eagles missed the playoffs while the panthers made it

I dont believe for a second the Ravens offense is good enough to drive down the field against the Packers. I also am not sure if the defense would have held up that well if they hadn't backed the Packers up. Basically it could have gone better but all things considered the result was one that ended up being okay. That does not make it a good decision but that doesnt mean i should deny the result.

Except instead of a division its the ENTIRE conference that stinks.

not that we have many strengths on the oline but we have to play to them - our strengths are alex collins and running behind austin howard - we should start using an unbalanced line bringing howard over to cover up hurst and run behind them

I agree with the notion that none of the teams in the hunt deserve a playoff spot, but I'm not confident that Baltimore will be the team that backs into the post-season.

This offense just seems to get worse as the season progresses.
