Lol, well I do believe working Woodhead more into the game plan is something that could help
that, more playaction off a better running game (ronnie should help that by being the number 1 left tackle in run blocking and also moving hurst back to guard so we can use more pulls in the run game), more intermediate passing game because flacco should have a little more time in the pocket before it slams in on him
Flacco has always been good with pa. I just don’t understand why they don’t use it more often.

It'd say Hunt is more than just a product, but when he's being asked to just run up the middle behind a bad o-line over and over again then there isn't much he can do. The Chiefs seem to have lost all creativity with their run game, and aren't getting him the ball in space.
it should be the bread and butter of this offence, especially with how well alex collins is running (even if the last 2 weeks the stats dont show it)
the first 6 weeks of the season they relied on misdirection and good blocking on the edge to help create holes and draw attention away from inside the tackles by distracting/occupying the linebackers/ pulling the safeties to one side or another but what it also does is takes offensive players out of the play for a hair or two which means a disciplined/talented defence (especially one with strong gapping up front and corners who are effective in the running game) can stop them once they know to expect the misdirection (which they do)
so its not that they've lost creativity - its that the creativity isnt creating the space it used to
" we dont need nothing but 10 points a game and we will take care the rest" we need that type of cockiness back

And it's tough to have that type of defense in today's passing league. I am happy that our run D has stepped up since B. Williams has came back from his injury.
we're back below 4 ypc as a seasonal average for the first time since brandon went out - outside of bwill's first game back he's transformed this run defence

And outside of Murray, I don't think a single RB has had a really good game against us when he's in the lineup.
Week 1: 77 yds allowed (leading rusher had 40 yds on 7 carries)
Week 2: 93 yds allowed (leading rusher had 37 yds on 10 carries)
Week 8: 45 yds allowed (leading rusher had 23 yds on 13 carries AFTER the first rush went for 21 yds)
Week 9: 74 yds allowed (leading rusher had 26 yds on 8 carries)
Week 11: 75 yds allowed (leading rusher had 57 yds on 18 carries)
Week 12: 66 yds allowed (leading rusher had 51 yds on 17 carries)
Oh yea ofcourse. This defense isnt close. Defenses dont even put fear in peoples heart anymore cause of the rules

Yeah, I want the brash, cocky Ravens back. Right now Suggs is really the only guy like that on our defense, and I hate to see what happens after he retires.

So, let's go; RAVENS, Patriots, Jets, Browns, Giants and Steelers (can't believe that I said that but it is what it is at this point). Now, let's see if the Ravens can take care of their own business on Sunday by beating the Lions and which of those other teams actually "helps" the Ravens.

I made a bet at the beginning of the season (before Yanda and Williams went down which did not help me at all) and I really don't want to lose. Nine or more wins. My friend said he would give me 8 1/2 wins in case there was a tie. I also predicted us squeaking into the playoffs, though that wasn't part of the bet. Tell me how we are going to get there.

Oh come on now, Mili. You know damn well that every game the Ravens play is a key game so that's why I didn't bring our game up. Now as for the others, it wouldn't surprise me if we lost and ONLY one team helps us. Seems to be the Raven way nowadays.
