People you talk like this is the first game you're watching this season. Flacco and Maclin are playing different routes near every pass play. There were a few exceptions but they mostly look like Flacco is practicing in the morning and Maclin in the afternoon and they see each other on game days only.

if joe's not gonna throw to maclin when he's open and is not gonna read the field when maclin isn't open/when maclin runs the wrong route - then what's the point in having maclin on the field

might as well just go with moore and camp and hope wallace can walk 3 yards down the field

He didnt quit on the play though I honestly think he just thought that was the route which is why they keep being so off.
