Hall of Famer
Thursday Night Football:
Broncos @ Browns: If they want to ever reboot The Walking Dead, it can be about the Cleveland Browns who are missing what seems their whole roster heading into Thursday Night. Former Broncos QB and Vikings Legend Case Keenum will get the start against the Broncos while Baker heals up his shoulder. Denver gets an easier path toward ending their three game losing skid following their 3-0 start.
Sunday 1PM Early Games:
Washington @ Packers: The Football Team head to Green Bay where they take on the owner of the Chicago Bears, Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. At 2-4, the season hasn't gone as well as Ron Rivera and company had hoped and it seems the defense has regressed in year two under Jack Del Rio. The Packers should get an easy win here but should be careful not to look ahead to next Thursday's big showdown with the Cardinals that could determine Home Field in the NFC.
Chiefs @ Titans: The Titans pulled off a stunning upset over the Buffalo Bills last Monday Night and now turn their attention to Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. The Chiefs seem to be having an off year as they sit in the basement of the AFC West but it all comes back to their defensive issues. With King Henry coming to town, the Chiefs defense will have to find a way to shut him down and force Tannehill to beat them.
Falcons @ Dolphins: Congrats Dolphins, you are handing over a potential top five pick to the Eagles in the 2022 Draft that could have been used to help your 1-5 team that just lost to Jacksonville. The Falcons are coming off their BYE looking to stay in the Wild Card picture in the NFC. While Kyle Pitts has been great so far, one has to wonder if Atlanta will regret not taking a Quarterback last April.
Jets @ Patriots: The Jets are taking their lumps with a new rookie head coach and rookie quarterback, while Bill Belichick is struggling post Tom Brady with his rookie quarterback. With the success of Tom Brady in Tampa and Belichick's struggles, we now know the answer to who really was behind the Patriots dynasty these last 20 years. Perhaps Mac Jones will be that guy eventually but for now, Belichick will have to endure his own lumps until Mac Jones develops.
Panthers @ Giants:
4PM Late Games:
Eagles @ Raiders: Congrats Eagles, you are on your way to three top 10 picks in the NFL Draft due to the teams first round picks you have are terrible. You will need them in order to continue building around Jalen Hurts unless you want to use them elsehwere(IE Deshaun Watson). The Raiders defense looks to feast on an offensive line that has dealt with injuries and that bodes well for the Raiders defensive line. With the Raiders turning over a new leaf, they look to stay in the playoff hunt under new interim Head Coach Rich Bisaccia.
Lions @ Rams: The Stafford/Goff Bowl will be played in LA on Sunday as the quarterbacks face off against their former teams. While Matthew Stafford and the Rams are looking like playoff contenders, Jared Goff and the Lions look to avoid the first ever 0-17 season. For as competitive as the Lions are this season, they are bound to break through at some point but this week against the Rams is very unlikely.
Texans @ Cardinals: The Cardinals remain the last undefeated team after beating the Browns last week and a matchup against the Texans will grant them easy access to 7-0. For Arizona, leaving this game as healthy as possible will be key to ensure all hands on deck against the Packers next Thursday Night.
Bears @ Buccaneers: Tampa looks for revenge after the Bears defeated the Bucs last season and might just get it unless they start Nick Foles.
Sunday Night Football:
Colts @ 49ers: Both of these teams have underachieved to this point in the season thanks in part to their injured quarterbacks. With a combined 4 wins between the two, one of them is going to try to get their season on track while the other may have to look toward next year. Jimmy G is likely to return this week with Trey Lance dealing with injuries of his own, can the 49ers turn their season around in one of the toughest divisions in the NFL?
Monday Night Football:
Saints @ Seahawks: Despite Wilson's injury, the Seahawks took the Steelers to OT on the road and look to keep that performance up as the Saints come marching to town.
