I was confused on whether Travin Howard and Jamil Demby were RFA or ERFA based on spotrac and otc, but I don't want to tender them so it shouldn't matter right?

I need help with the Ravens RFAs too. Should I be checking otc, or strictly staying with spotrac? Spotrac has Brandon Knight listed twice as an RFA and as part of the Ravens roster. Otc has him as part of the roster.
