NBA Thread

Cavs fans trying to figure out how a wrestler they have never heard of placed a curse on them, and are now watching their team get dominated and swept by The Knicks.

Great game yesterday. I think either team could have been a worthy champion, just like Oklahoma would have been.
Overall, I think the Spurs are the better team, but they lack the experience that New York has. That experience was very noticeable yesterday, especially from the coaches, and from the players' physical and collective play. A very entertaining Finals

Biggest thing that stood out to me is that unlike OKC and Min, NY has a player that can take Wemby off the dribble.

I think from all-star break after, the Knicks by all metrics have been ranked with the Spurs and OKC. The Knicks had given them problems throughout the season. This was prior to the offense clicking and Brown stabilizing the lineups. This is the 1st time all playoffs the Spurs have been held under 100 points. The last time they had been held under 100 was in March... against the Knicks. Spurs lose game 2 and Knicks stay healthy, we can close this thread until the 26 season begins.

The roster construction has been A1 and is led by the most cold blooded player in the league.

I'm only watching because of this curse thing with WWE Wrestler Danhausen but damn the drama at the end of NBA games are crazy. Knicks up 2-0 now heading to New York.

The pressure is hurting the Spurs, who, despite playing poorly (and the Knicks playing very well), are just barely hanging on in the standings.

I think Fox isn't the veteran the Spurs need; they need someone who can step up when Wembley can't or isn't allowed to, as in this case.
In any case, it's going to be a great Finals game between two of the top three teams (along with Oklahoma).

Yes, the Knicks are perfectly equipped to face the Spurs; it's clear they considered them the team to beat
