Harbaugh's loyalty to his coordinators and keeping them longer than they should be around is what has been his biggest problem. This year, his loyalty to his coordinators could very well be what costs him his job. We saw the blowup between Peters and Harbaugh already, if we keep losing then it's going to get worse and he will lose the locker room.
