people getting on roman for poor plays and not watching Mekari getting dominated by 2 good EDGEs? not noticing that the only time our WRs get open is when lamar buys extra time? lamar missing deep balls? not getting the snap off with the silent count? dropping the ball?

yep it's roman folks...
It's clearly on Roman. Your list of negative events happens to every offense but Romanball has no margin for error, no creativity, no unpredictablity, so every error is magnified.

What has Roman given us today, other than a few "Lamar, do something" plays? What did he give us last week?

True. But what's the defense doing rn
I have more confidence that the defense will snap out of their funk quicker than this Ravens offense. It's a chronic illness thing (piss-poor performance) with them (the offense). We've seen it for weeks now. No surprise about how they look today, to be honest. They have done nothing over the past few weeks that has made me even remotely believe in them. I get happy when they do well but I know that is short-lived from game to game.

You can probably fault GRo for the 4th down play and some of these dumb things to Ricard. But yeah all those things you said are very very true.

the 2nd and 14 play to ricard was fine... well defended
the 3rd and 10 play to ricard was a checkdown because no one can get open... that's not the called play - he's just the outlet at that point

the 4th down play is inexcusable specifically for this team... but only because we're the only team in the NFL that can't QB sneak

Where are all the cats (some Ravens fans) that said the Ravens had the "easiest" schedule and that they should dominate their remaining opponents? Well, the Panthers and the Jaguars didn't get that memo. Pathetic showing so far! Smh!
It would be an easy schedule for a disciplined team capable of adjustments. Not the Ravens who love to play down to their competition.

The defense doesn't even look mediocre let alone good or great. It's just collapsed entirely

10 points in a half means you are averaging giving up 20 points in a game which is good for 10th in the NFL (in fact right where the Ravens sit). If that is terrible defense then that means 2/3 of the NFL has terrible defense in a year where defense has improved across the board.

a bunch of adjustments needed on defence to solve the pass rush and the coverage responsibilities on the RB

on offence, just need to execute better

Agree about the sneak. Agree about the 3rd down being a checkdown. But the 2nd and 14 screen I personally find frustrating. But I understand why you think it was fine. I've been very vocal about hating the usage of Ricard being ridiculously high.

if we called FB screens all the time and they never did anything id agree with you
but that's a fine call for 2nd and extra long - just well defended and i guess not sold well enough by the OL
