From the NY Times article:
Angelos said the team was reviewing the internal processes that resulted in discipline for the broadcaster, Kevin Brown, who merely pointed out on air that the Orioles used to struggle mightily in road games against the Tampa Bay Rays. Angelos said he hoped that Brown would remain with the team for a long time. “Nothing like that is going to happen again,” he added. “It shouldn’t have happened once.”

I think this confirms that Kevin didn't do anything wrong and that John is still a massive idiot. Can't wait for him to scare off KB, Elias, and Sig.

Brandon Hyde is going to cost the O's a shot at the AL East and the 1st seed with his overthinking, let alone the playoffs when I think they have a good shot at getting to the World Series. Like Harbaugh deciding to go for it on 4th instead of taking the easy Tucker field goal, like why wouldn't Hyde keep Bautista in for the 10th. I guess get the two other games against Toronto and hope the Rockies somehow beat the Rays to get our lead back to three over them.

I actually liked the move, showing confidence in his guys to score. Bauman’s the bum here, not Brandon.

Hopefully he just tweaked something. We'll have to wait and see, but it would be sad for all of us if it's something significant. I felt like he was over throwing. 100 and 102 in three or 4 consecutive pitches. It didn't look like arm to me, tho. Signed dr drjohny. ^_^

15 Day Injured List with a right UCL injury for Felix Bautista. As long as he's fully healthy by the playoffs, we are good.
