Flacco doesnt offer anything when he lines up on the outside, why bother using him in that role? It's so predictable what is going to happen.

If the defense sees Flacco in the huddle they have to have have the right guys on the field for 2 QBs instead of 1 QB and a WR. The Saints do the exact same thing with Brees.
