It's the job of the receiver to find that second gear and track the ball effectively.

How is it at all on NA? He got a step on double coverage and the ball was just overthrown. Only 3-4 QBs who can hit that throw more than 50-50, at best, so it’s not a big deal but it was an overthrow.
