Yeah the backup we faced the first gameBrowns backup is the same one we faced earlier right?
Not a great half. Great overall by the defense though the interior run game was a little rough. If Lamar wants to honestly have a 2nd MVP this year, he needs to make some of those throws he is missing and avoid the mistakes.
No that was the rookie QB, not WalkerYeah the backup we faced the first game
Correction: didn’t see it was PJ Walker on the last throw I assumed it was DTR
He doesn't care not gonna get it, with monken just giving it to gus in the rzIf Lamar wants to honestly have a 2nd MVP this year, he needs to make some of those throws he is missing and avoid the mistakes.
And Lebron would say every single day that he did not care about MVP either but every once and awhile slipped up and was annoyed when he was not in the conversation for it. Every single player wants recognition and the ones who tell you they do not are lying to you. It is a nice quote to say all you care about are team accolades but I guarantee you that Mahomes and Lamar and Burrow would all love to have the MVP. Obviously they want a Super Bowl more but they would be very happy to be MVP and if they tell you otherwise they are lying to you.I am sure the MVP is on the mind of the guy who constantly tells you he doesn't care about stats and just wants to win
lmao
That’s because LeBron is an egotistical ass diva bitchAnd Lebron would say every single day that he did not care about MVP either but every once and awhile slipped up and was annoyed when he was not in the conversation for it. Edit: either way it doesnt matter because the point is that if he is a top 5 QB he has to play better. That is a not a debatable point. Fine for a top 10 QB to play like that but if he is on the level that he clearly is, as we have all seen it, he cant be missing those throws.

yeah, lets not compare LeBron's personality to Lamar's.That’s because LeBron is an egotistical ass diva bitch
I just don't get why the Ravens can't seem to enjoy prosperity. They are up 17-3, just to piss it all away in the 2nd quarter.
Regarding deep passes:
Most quarterbacks are sub 40% completion. You're doing really well if you can manage to hit more than 45%. The only quarterback above that mark last season was, oddly enough, Tua, but he also has Hill and Waddle.
Quarterbacks are coached that, especially the deeper it is, you just kind of uncork and let it go because an overthrow without a safety over the top is going to be a completion or incompletion, but an underthrow can add in the variable of an interception.
Not saying that these misses, like the one to Flowers, aren't frustrating, but that was probably 40 yards in the air. That's a tough throw. Whereas, the one to Mitchell was right on the money, but about 25 yards. As it gets longer, that degree of difficulty goes up.
Still, Lamar is probably middle of the pack to lower end on deep ball completions, so definitely room to improve, but I think it'll even out in time because a lot of these misses are like a yard in front. Just barely out of reach.
Two players whose stated goal when entering their respective sports was to be the best to ever do it. That was Lamar's stated goal at the draft, which I loved because I think every player should aspire to be the best ever. If that is your stated goal, which again it was, then you can be expected to play better. The standards are higher when you both want to be considered on that level and have shown you SHOULD be considered on that level.LeBron James is a completely different type of a player with a completely different set of circumstances
Doubtful we'll see Watson again this game. Hopefully things go as well for DTR this go around.
No, he isn't but to me, the Ravens should have more control of this game (i.e. Lamar over and underthrows receivers for easy TDs, and an INT and Williams drops a would-be TD and the block FG, etc.). They are killing themselves with horrendous gameplay. What should have and could have been a runaway on the scoreboard is seemingly an 8-point dawg fight. Just unnecessary!Jim Schwartz is no slouch as a DC
