To his credit, Lamar has greatly improved his passing game since he joined the Ravens. Even just looking at how tight his spiral is nowadays compared to his first few years, it's obvious.

I was critical of him, but always stated if he was to improve his throwing he would be elite. I also said we should wait to see how he would look without Roman. And to be fair Lamar’s mechanics was criticized and we see he has improved that. The talent and potential was always there now we see it in display.
