You cant pay a QB 50m and have a great OLine and great weapons at every level unless you want to be the Eagles and have the worst secondary in the league to pair with it. Lamar will have to find a way, like Mahomes does, to elevate the players to be better than they are, and it is not like between Flowers, Andrews, Likely, and even Henry that the offense is hurting for ways to score.

It wasn’t a sexy draft by any means. But it was two guys at the top of most scout’s values at their respective position. And it helps the team immediately tomorrow.
