Baltimore Ravens (2-2) at Cincinnati Bengals (1-3) - Kevin Harlan, Trent Green, Melanie Collins
CBS at 1:00pm

This will be another week where we can distance ourselves from the Bengals. Going to be a tough divisional game as they always are, but I believe we should be able to beat. Their entire defensive line is injured and Trey Hendrickson went down with an injury today and he always causes us issues.

Very important game. A win on the road here largely makes this a 2 team race. In general, we need to play very well in divisional games

Their defense did not look good. Hopefully we can steam roll them next week! Just need our secondary to limit Higgins and Chase.

Ok, Cincy has had a tough time on their D line with injuries, Hubbard hasn’t been playing well, Hendrickson about the only thing working for them on defense and he can he schemed for. Their secondary hasn’t been great and apparently Geno Stone has been terrible and is getting scapegoated a lot this past game. On offense their RT rookie is now playing, their O line hasn’t been great, we should get pressure on Burrow. I think Brown is better than Moss either way they only run because they have to sometimes but they can’t really run it that well and I certainly don’t expect them to try to do much against us there. I think we can pressure Burrow enough and stop their offense on enough drives. I think their defense is awful and they can’t stop our offense at all. It should be a decisive win but it is a road division game, but the Bengals have been awful and didn’t even convincingly take down Carolina.

I also look for Logan Wilson to come out dirty to try to send an early message, we kind of owe that bitch

I expect the next 3 games, the gameplan on offense is going to be hand it to Henry and get out of the way. The Bengals are 25th in rush yards allowed, The Commanders 23rd, and the Buccs 22nd and of the 7 teams lower than the Bengals 2, Cowboys and Bills, are ranked lower because they got rolled by the Ravens rushing attack already. I would think this is going to be a very simple plan on offense and on for defending the Bengals, they just do not seem right. They will probably get a few points but they just are not in sync enough to keep up with what should be pretty consistent scoring drives on offense.

I love that when we are in our dominate stretches such as now, we alter league averages for stats. Since 2019-2024, I bet we have probably rushed for the most yards in NFL history in a equal time stretch. It's such a fun way to beat people.

feels like week 4 or 5 is when this team usually starts finding its rhythm

This is a massive opportunity to both stack wins and sink the bengals

General AFC North rules suggests that means the Bengals will win this because they "need" it more

But we should win this game... their strength should play directly into our strongest defensive position group
If Hendrickson is out I think they'll have a very hard time winning. Anything is possible though

I don't know, I think our front is playing better than our secondary this season.

The last time we had Harlan call a Ravens-Bengals game the infamous... "OH!! HE'S BREAKING ANKLES! HE IS HOUDINI!" Well Houdini isn't the only one breaking ankles this time. Think we win pretty strong against their terrible defense, saw some stats that heavily favor us.

- Bengals Defense gives Up 26 Points Per Game average as they have surrendered 104 points, the most in the Division.
- Bengals Defense gives up 326.8 Yards Per Game Average.
- Bengals Defense gives up 145.5 Yards Rushing Per Game Average.

Henry should be able to get close to 200 yards once again, and maybe Harbaugh will let him go for it since it's a division rival.

I am going to assume Harb had no idea how many yards he needed or specifically that Monken had no idea. Harb was the guy who called a run play instead of a kneel down to get 5 extra yards rushing to tie a record. He cares about that sort of thing.
