I think what frustrates me is the Ravens don't seem to often utilize these same plays.

The league has long shown they won't call them unless they're painfully obvious, but the Ravens can't capitalize on them.

I think Monken was a step in the right direction, but a large part of me wonders if Harbaugh doesn't target the best offensive minds available because he doesn't want turnover at the OC spot.
