Defender has Inside leverage on an out breaking route. Throw it too close and it gets undercut for a pick six.

That throw has to be led outside.

Andrews is slower out of his breaks now, and he’s not pulling in tough catches anymore.
Breaking your leg doesn't effect the catching though. Also breaking your leg shouldn't be a big deal. He even came back the same year in the AFC championship game. So idk what's up with him

Didn't a leg injury end Boyle's career? I don't remember exactly what happened to him

If likely is running that route, it’s an easy catch
Except he knows how fast Andrews is. Throwing it a couple feet closer on a short throw like that should be trivial for him.

Its sad how low of standards people have of Lamar. I think hes a top 10 QB and expect top 10 throws from him, especially short ones because I have seen him consistently do it. Its sad how many people on here do not consider him top 10 judging by the people are just figuring the bad throws are fine and the receivers should have to carry him.

There you go Lamar. Slow this shit down

Its always funny to me how these options work on critical plays. I know for a fact Lamar is keeping it on the key downs, which means the defense probably knows it as well, but the fake is so good that they buy in for a moment.
