He's bad. This has been Stephens whole career. Last year was anomalous for him. He was so bad 2 years ago we were calling for cutting him. It's the same thing this year. He's not good enough to ever win a 1 on 1 vs a good WR.

That ball popped loose as he hit the ground and slid out of bounds. Before the ground he had full control, after the ground He had the tip of the ball in his elbow and nothing more

I know there’s more than a few refs who would call that incomplete in days past. Idk if rules have changed or refs were told to call it differently, but that one might be questionable

just like davante, just like chase/higgins, elite WRs are paid the big bucks because they're good too
