I have a much higher opinion of Fields in Pitt then in Chicago

I mean I dont think the Browns are a particularly bad defense. Statistically they have been better than the Ravens but they got lit up. I would agree on the Cardinals and Bengals but again they are still getting lit up. At some point when they are putting up good numbers against everyone they play, maybe its that the offense is actually good.

I don't think they're a particularly bad offense. They've got good talent across the board.

I just don't think their 4-1 record is that different than that 11-0 Steelers team from a few years ago.

There is not a noticeable jump in quality between Fields right now and Kenny Pickett last year. Fields still is wildly inaccurate, whereas Daniels was holding record setting accuracy over a 4 game span. Fields is a better runner but slow at reading defenses, easily confused by coverages, and horribly inaccurate. None of those apply to Daniels.
