Lamar looked amazing again. Even while clearly a little hobbled after missing practice this week and having no QB run game, he was undeniable.
His 4th perfect passer rating which Ties Ben Roethlisberger for the most ever in a career (Lamar is only in year 7).
5th straight 275yd passing game, most in franchise history.
The OL had a poor start but more than made up for it. Monken called a great game. Henry was great. Zay and the receivers were awesome.
Defence flattered by the scoreline. Definitely aided by Nix with some poor misses on some open receivers and some overzealous 4th down calls. DBs looked better, had some unfortunate penalties against them (very ticky tacky) and they're lucky the score was so lopsided that no one will remember Marcus Williams getting mossed by Bo Nix for a receiving TD. Roquan also not showered in glory again in the passing game.
Pass rush was not a factor. Still feels like a real area of weakness. Maybe EDC can work some magic before the trade deadline closes on Tuesday.
And yet, they absolutely dominated the Broncos.
