Yeah Stephens has zero upside. Nate at least has upside
He's so frustrating because he could be one of the best CBs in the league if he could just get his head around. Movement skills are on par with the best. Just not playing with the same confidence he did last year.
(I also think a better pass rush helps all of these guys look better)

It's always a tough ass game and will be even if Higgins isn't there. Got to score early and often, if we just try to shorten the game it's like going away from what is our strength. Put it on their asses!

Also Hill has really stepped up as a pass protector, which I don't think Mitchell can replace even a little bit. I'd rather see him on non-obvious passing downs and use him for gadget plays with motioning in and out of the backfield. Why not together with Henry?

Didnt think about it till you mentioned it but i think in playoffs, we should try to keep our defenses off the field lol. Use as much time and feed henry as much as possible to shorten the game length.. one thing we can do is score so it maybe wise to just take our time but then again we look unstoppable when we up tempo

Secondary is rounding into shape, obviously won't be as awesome as we thought it would, but they'll be more than solid. Wiggins getting better, the safety rotation has made its adjustments. It's the pass rush, they sorely need another outside pass rusher.

I'm not sure it's confidence with Stephens. I think you're right that difference is pass rush. If each play is a bit shorter and the QB throws it a little bit worse, that is where Stephens can thrive. But Stephens is fundamentally incapable (with the way he plays) of being successful when a QB has the time to make a good throw. He simply doesn't have elite recovery speed and has no ability to turn his head.
