Ravens Ring of Honor
ROUND ONE - Ravens select :
ELGTON JENKINS - C - MISSISSIPI STATE
What I love about him is his ability to anchor in pass protection. I can't recall seeing him beaten outright by power. And he has gone against NFL caliber talent in the SEC routinely. He can generate movement one on one in the run game. Drops his seat and resets in a hurry in pass protection. An absolute must that we protect our quarterback in the pocket.
Round three - Ravens select :
DARNELL SAVAGE - SAFETY - UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND
Fits the Ravens scheme perfectly. Highly versatile. He can play free and strong, covers wideouts and tight ends like a corner. Highly instinctive and physical playmaker. Reads run and screams down field shooting gaps and blowing guys up. great in space and can turn the ball over. a play maker.
Round three (compensatory) - Ravens select:
EMMANUEL HALL - WR - MISSOURI
Big play guy. averaged 22 and 24 yards per catch in 17 and 18 respectively. Quick feet at the line of scrimmage. College DB's are very Leary of hall's speed. Gets behind guys, does a nice job of stacking and boxing out. has upside as a route runner. better route runner and a more physical player off the line than Torrey Smith was coming out. erases cushions in a blink.
Round four (from Denver) - ravens select
TERRONE PRESCOD G - N.C. STATE
Love this guy.
Round four - ravens select:
TRYSTEN HILL - DEFENSIVE LINE - UCF
Electric burst off the line....rare...rare ...rare. he is still learning to play D line but this guy is ferocious...unbelievable athlete at 317lbs. Out quicks guys...out physicals guys....top notch effort and pursuit....he's a bit of a bull in a china shop at present but holy moly....just watch this game wrecker...could be incredibly rare .
Round five - ravens select :
TRAYVEON WILLIAMS - RB - TEXAS A&M
three down back....great vision. great patience...great hands. runs a bit high and may need work on ball security. escapability in open field...I could go on and on about this prospect.
