McDermott's forte is defense so I'm not overly surprised by what they're doing on defense. It also helps that they're at home too.

What I love about this thread most is how much it loves hindsight. If you hand it off at the 1 and it works then it is the obvious call. If it does not work then the complaint is about not running play action. Meanwhile if you run play action and it fails the complaint is about not just handing it to Henry at the 1.

No. It's about not being predictable. Run up the gut on 1st and PA on 2nd is the most obvious pair of calls possible. The request is to not be vanilla and adapt
