kind of happened with Anthony Weaver last year as well and I thought for sure he was going to be next in line to be head coach. Especially with how involved he was in brining college coaches in.
This is the coaching news we need to hear..... dude is horrible and has lost his touch. Go get someone else who will tell players to fair catch the damn ball instead of risking putting our offense in 90+ yard drives.
If it was just punt return and kick return it wouldn’t be as bad but literally every element of ST has let us down. The biggest concern for me is our play return defense but in some ways our blocking too when receiving. Beyond that, our ST line has REALLY struggled. Time and time again I remember watching too many rushers consistently from the left side. Sure maybe it’s part personnel but no way it’s consistently that way the entire year and be just personnel
