I feel the Steelers deserved an A, those fuckers

I feel like all the usual suspects had really good drafts; Eagles, Chiefs, Ravens, Bills, Steelers, 49ers, Cowboys (mediocre organization but they draft well). I thought the Falcons and Colts may have vaulted themselves into division titles this weekend. It's also funny how certain teams' personalities always shine through for the draft. The Seahawks picking counterintuitive skill sets that sometimes pay off in bunches. The Cardinals taking on boom or bust prospects without the culture to make them hit consistently enough.

One team that set themselves up for massive criticism is the Cincinnati Bengals. They have spent 3 years now trying to re-tool that defense and build a dominant OLine and the combination of low floors and low ceilings they selected in rds 1-3 could cost them dearly. Like, heads have to roll there if Stewart plays like his tape.

Lions also did exactly what the Lions have done the since brad holmes took over which is draft off a completely different board to everyone else and then spend a ton of picks randomly in the mid rounds to draft someone no one else was even thinking about but they clearly covet

who knows if it will work again, but they've had success doing what they just did in this draft over the last 2-3 years

bengals took a lot of guys i liked, but no one i really loved

One team that seems to be getting their draft mojo back is the Patriots. Now that they finally have the Qb, their real strength of adding solid components up and down the draft can shine again.

And it’s not Belichick picking pure Belichick guys anymore

I'm thoroughly excited that DeAndre Hopkins will be a legitimate WR3 amd not whatever you want to call what we've been trotting out the last few years.

He's also a differtiated skillset and someone people respect. I think all that bodes well for the passing game.

I just really wish I had more confidence in the OL.

My guess is Rasheen or Tylan wouldn't make it if you wanted to keep the rest.

Question marks at OG but that's a damn good offense. Another year removed from injury for Mark and Keaton too.

Defense has waayyyy more questions than offense. Gonna be very excited to follow this training camp.

Wow, I didn’t even realize we drafted a kicker lol. I stopped watching after our first 3 picks. Is he good?
He got potential to be good . Definitely has a strong leg but I don't think there's a guarantee that he will be the ravens staring kicker but I think it's possible he isn't just competing for the kicking job but also punter job as well. He has experience doing both

just got to see how the OL shakes out this offseason in training camp - do any of the newer guys push any of the presumptive starters at guard or even win a competition?

also need to see tez walker kick on and show some development now too

but otherwise, this was an offence that had very little improvement to show and only lost it's starting LG, swing tackle and WR3 and has brought in depth to hopefully address both those OL positions and has upgraded WR3

and as you said, mark and keaton should be healthier

you're missing jake hummel at LB, he'll probably make this team for special teams

im excited for isaac to hopefully have a healthy offseason and get a chance to develop as a DPR type guy - he and ojabo are probably competing for 1 spot, especially given neither projects well as a special teamer
Trenton simpson's whole offseason will be very important to follow

how the snaps are apportioned at CB3 will also be interesting, you'd assume Awuzie gets first crack but he's also only being paid 1.2m so not enough that means he'll be given much rope or grace if Tampa or JAD look good (or one of the rookies)

Kane and Brade are probably both safe but in a roster crunch scenario, it's possible that they could be competing for 1 spot

if he's in a legit competition, he'll be specialising
if you see him doing both, he's almost certainly not going to be our K or P, which would be a surprise for our first ever drafted kicker
