How ironic this happened when it did. Wondering if this will affect his extension?
Sounds like it may affect the timing more so than anything, since the focus now has shifted to recovery. How ironic this happened when it did. Wondering if this will affect his extension?
can david ojabo show me something this year? man....
It's the only thing that can make me feel better about Likely.
Hoping it’s not a lisfranc that requires surgery.Sounds like it may affect the timing more so than anything, since the focus now has shifted to recovery.

You making jokes at a time like this...
Agreed. But honestly, I think without Ojabo this d-line is going to get pressure. Assuming Green lives up to the hype he is getting, Oweh continues on his upward trajectory from last season, KVN doesn't take a step back and Madubuike plays like he did in 2023, I think this d-line could be absolutely nasty. It's not a joke. I want to see a D-line that gets after the QB and forces turnovers.
Losing Likely for a short period of time does not worry me. I trust this offense to be able to produce.
In 2023 we had macdonald. If jmad could produce like he did without the stunts then he likely be the best in nflAgreed. But honestly, I think without Ojabo this d-line is going to get pressure. I'm hoping that with the pressure from other players along the line he won't be double teamed as much as he was. But even if he only gives us 6.5 sacks like last season, if Green lives up to the hype and gets 8.5 sacks and Oweh continues to improve and gives us 12 sacks and KVN'S play decreases a little and he gets 12 sacks. That would be 2 fewer sacks than we had in total in 2023.In 2023 we had macdonald. If jmad could produce like he did without the stunts then he likely be the best in nfl

Absolutely hate to see the Likely news, but I am relieved that he should theoretically be available for most of the season. Does that open the door for any young guns? Who would benefit from a larger window at either TE or WR for us in the meantime?

Agreed, Ojabo's shown promise, I'm just worried about his injury history at this point. He's only played 18 games in 3 seasons. But if he stays healthy and takes advantage of the attention that everyone else on our d-line is going to demand then our defense might be in the competition for best defense everOjabo showed promise when he was available. If he is anywhere near that guy with Green then look out.
Bc it's going to open more opportunities for Mad
